IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AND IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN WHICH SUBSTANTIALLY ALL THE CHILD CARE ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO ALLOW PARENTS TO SEEK AND HOLD EMPLOYMENT.
