THE CHURCHILL ANIMAL PROTECTION SOCIETY, C.A.P.S., OPERATES A SHELTER FOR DISPLACED DOGS AND CATS. C.A.P.S. HAS OPERATED THE CURRENT SHELTER SINCE 1988 AS A SERVICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF FALLON, CHURCHILL COUNTY, AND THE NAVAL AIR STATION.
