TO PROVIDE A FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND CHILD VICTIMIZATION IN THREE RURAL COUNTIES (SAN MIGUEL, GUADALUPE AND MORA COUNTIES) AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO FAMILIES EXPERIENCING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, INCLUDING ASSITANCE IN FILING RESTRAINING ORDERS, JUDICIAL SYSTEM CONSULTATION, TREATMENT, AND EMERGENCY SHELTER.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, COUNSELING, RISK ASSESSMENT, REUNIFICATION ASSISTANCE, AND SOCIAL SERVICES TO UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND FAMILIES IN NEW MEXICO, TO INCLUDE ADDRESSING, EDUCATING, COORDINATING, AND PROVIDING AID AND RELIEF TO UNDERSERVED AND HARD TO REACH RURAL AREAS OF NEW MEXICO AT A LOCAL LEVEL.
