PENNIES FOR THE HOMELESS IS AN ALL-VOLUNTEER, NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION FOUNDED BY JOSEPH SAAVEDRA AND JUDGE DIANE DAL SANTO IN 1993.
