MISSION:

TO SUPPORT LEGISLATION/REGULATIONS BENEFICIAL TO OWNERS/MANAGERS OF MULTI FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING IN THE NEWARK, NJ AREA IN ORDER TO ASSIST MEMBERS (I) TO EFFICIENTLY/PROFITABLY OPERATE THEIR RENTAL HOUSING STOCK, (II) TO MAINTAIN SAFE CONDITIONS FOR THEIR TENANTS, (III) TO OPERATE WITHIN ESTABLISHED FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS/ORDINANCES/GUIDELINES, (IV) TO PROMOTE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW LAWS/ORDINANCES/GUIDANCES THAT WILL FOSTER THE ABOVE, AND (V) SUPPORT/CONTRIBUTE TO CANDIDATES/POLICY MAKERS WHO MAINTAIN SIMILAR GOALS WITH RESPECT TO THE INDUSTRY
