THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EDUCATING, DISCUSSING AND IMPLEMENTING THE POLICIES AND IDEAS ASSOCIATED WITH LYNDON LAROUCHE AND HELGA ZEPP-LAROUCHE, AND OTHER MODERN AND HISTORICAL FIGURES ASSOCIATED WITH THE AMERICAN SYSTEM OF POLITICAL ECONOMY WHICH LAROUCHE REPRESENTED, AS WELL AS OTHER SCIENTISTS AND CULTURAL FIGURES, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITY, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON PEACE THROUGH DEVELOPMENT.

THE MISSION OF OUT MONTCLAIR INC. IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE IN THE REGION ON THE ISSUES THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY FACES THROUGH AWARENESS-RAISING EVENTS AS WELL AS PROVIDING AMPLE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONNECTION, RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT FOR LGBTQIA+ PEOPLE.
