NASH ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT AND FELLOWSHIP FOR FAMILIES OF SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN, AS WELL AS, AWARENESS IN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT AUTISM.

THIS MENTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WILL BE DESIGNED TO LAST THROUGH A PATIENT'S COURSE OF TREATMENT.

THE LUNG TRANSPLANT FOUNDATION (LTF) IS THE ONLY MAJOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO POST-TRANSPLANT REJECTION. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT ORGAN DONATION, SUPPORTS RESEARCH TO IMPROVE LONG-TERM OUTCOMES AND PROVIDES MENTORING SERVICES FOR LUNG TRANSPLANT RECIPIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. OUR GOAL IS TO CREATE A WORLD WHERE ALL LUNG TRANSPLANT PATIENTS LIVE LONG, HEALTHY LIVES.
