THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI. THE FOUNDATION'S FIRST PRIORITY IS THE LONG-TERM WELL-BEING OF THE MEXICO AREA. IT IS DEDICATED TO MATCHING THE COMMUNITY'S NEEDS WITH DONOR FUNDS.
