SPECIFICALLY, THESE DISTRIBUTIONS MADE SHALL BE TO CHARITIES THAT PROVIDE SERVICES IN GRUNDY, LIVINGSTON, LINN, SULLIVAN, PUTNAM, MERCER, HARRISON, DAVIESS, OR CALDWELL COUNTIES IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AND SAID CHARITIES' MISSIONS SHALL ALIGN WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE BLACK SILO FOUNDATION.
