AS THE CITY'S OFFICIAL LOCAL ARTS AGENCY, WE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO SUPPORTING ARTISTS AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE KEY TO PORTLAND'S IDENTITY, ECONOMY & COMMUNITY.

MHHA SERVES THE NEEDS OF MAINE STANDARDBRED HORSE BREEDERS, DRIVERS AND GROOMS. THE ASSOCIATIONS PURPOSE IS PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF HARNESS RACING IN MAINE.
