THE CORPORATION OWNS AND OPERATES RENTAL PROPERTY FRO LOW INCOME AND ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS. THE PROJECT RECEIVES SECTION 8 RENTAL ASSISTANCE SUBSIDY.
