ADELANTE'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR HISPANIC/LATINX YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES TO GAIN THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO FUNCTION CROSS-CULTURALLY AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY AS INFORMED AND PRO-ACTIVE CITIZENS. ALL PROGRAMMING FOCUSES ON: ACADEMICS, CAREER EXPLORATION, CULTURAL AWARENESS, AND PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT. ALL ACTIVITY IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO STUDENTS AND FAMILIES.
