HAGAN-TRABUE APARTMENTS, INC. WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE HOUSING FACILITIES, MAINTAINED AND OPERATED ON A CHARITABLE AND NON-PROFIT BASIS. SPECIFICALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HAS CONSTRUCTED A 10-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO HOUSE HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS.

TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES ALONG WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ACHIEVE HOMEOWNERSHIP.

COORDINATE & FACILITATE HOMEOWNERS, THE CITY, VOLUNTEERS, & CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN QUALIFYING AND ASSISTING LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERES IN REHABILITATION OF THEIR PROPERTIES BRINGING THEM UP TO CURRENT BUILDING CODES

THE ORGANIZATION'S CURRENT MISSION IS TO (1) REDUCE CHILD TRAFFICKING BY PROVIDING EVIDENCE-BASED PROGRAMS THAT BUILD RESILIENCE AND EMPOWER CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES TO AVOID SEXUAL EXPLOITATION; AND (2) USE COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO INCREASE TRAFFICKING AWARENESS, REDUCE THE STIGMA OF TRAFFICKING, AND INCREASE VICTIM IDENTIFICATION AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERVENTION. USING A COMMUNITY-BASED APPROACH, THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH PRESCHOOLS, CHILDCARE FACILITIES, COMMUNITY PARTNERS, AND PARENTS TO HELP AT-RISK CHILDREN AND YOUTH BUILD PROTECTIVE FACTORS AND HELP THEM IDENTIFY AND UTILIZE HEALTHY SYSTEMS TO BECOME MORE RESILIENT AND AVOID VICTIMIZATION.
