TO ASSIST AT-RISK MIDDLE-AGED WOMEN IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING, ALSO TO ASSIST NEW OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL FOR WOMEN, INC. IN ITS BEREA, KENTUCKY, BANNER ELK, NORTH CAROLINA AND BLUEFIELD, VIRGINIA OPERATIONS AND ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING NEW LOCATIONS FOR NEW OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL FOR WOMEN SERVICES.

THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES GRANTS FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS IN THE BOONE COUNTY SCHOOLS
