LEGACY PROPERTIES SHALL SELL, KEEP AND/OR MANAGE SAID REAL ESTATE OR OTHER ASSETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING THE CHARITABLE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE FOUNDATION.
