IT ACTS AS THE INDUSTRYS VOICE IN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, OTHER CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY GROUPS, AND LABOR. ITS PRIMARY FOCUS IS EDUCATION, LABOR RELATIONS, AND MULTI-EMPLOYER COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.
