THE JEFFERSON COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IMPLEMENTS AND COORDINATES PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES TO SUPPORT AND ASSIST THE ECONOMIC GROWTH OF THE AREA TO PROVIDE BETTER PAYING JOBS, IMPROVE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE WORKFORCE AND TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CITIZENS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY.
