The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE THE SOCIALIZING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF ITS MEMBERS.

The goal of this organization is to sponsor, organize and promote fairs and festivals. Includes collectible/antique fairs, county and state fairs, street fairs, festivals, parades, and other similar activities during religious and patriotic holidays and other special occasions.

OUR MISSION IS TO EXAMINE VITAL CIVIC AND SOCIAL ISSUES THROUGH A PRISM OF FAITH AND CREATE AND DISTRIBUTE PROGRAMS TO INSPIRE ACTION IN THE CHICAGO COMMUNITY AND BEYOND. ON OCTOBER 31, 1933, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPT STATUS FROM THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. BASED ON A REQUEST BY THE ORGANIZATION, THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE CONFIRMED IN A LETTER DATED MAY 14, 1942 THAT THE ORGANIZATION WAS NOT REQUIRED TO FILE ANNUAL RETURNS. THIS POSITION WAS RECONFIRMED IN A RULING DATED OCTOBER 20, 1970. DURING THE PERIOD ENDED AUGUST 31, 2007, THE ORGANIZATION DETERMINED THAT IT NO LONGER OPERATED AS A "CHURCH," BUT CONTINUES TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

TO PROVIDE A NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY CENTER OFFERING LIFE-ENRICHING -SEE ATTACHED SCH O - OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE WHO LIVE, WORK, PLAY, AND LEARN IN THE NEAR SOUTHEAST ROCKFORD AND ROCK RIVER VALLEY COMMUNITY WITH AN EMPHASIS ON YOUTH.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL AND ITS RELATED SWIMMING PROGRAMS. THE POOL OPERATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE WESTERN SPRINGS COMMUNITY FROM JUNE 1 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1 OR THE WEEKEND ENDING WITH THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO PROVIDE TENNIS, SWIMMING, PLATFORM TENNIS, DINING AND SOCIAL FACILITIES TO ITS MEMBERS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH RECREATIONAL, COMPETITIVE AND INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES IN SWIMMING, TENNIS AND PADDLE TENNIS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ORGANIZES NUMEROUS SOCIAL EVENTS FOR ITS MEMBERS.

THE PARKS AND CONSERVATION FOUNDATION PROMOTES A VIABLE PARK, CONSERVATION AND RECREATION SYSTEM IN THE COMMUNITY BY PURSUING CONTRIBUTIONS IN THE FORM OF LAND, MONEY, OR OTHER DONATIONS FOR THE BELVIDERE PARK DISTRICT, BOONE COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT, AND OTHER OPEN SPACE, CONSERVATION, AND RECREATION ENTITIES.
