FOCUSING ON THE ESTABLISHED 4 PILLARS OF SOCCER DEVELOPMENT, TECHNICAL, TACTICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT. OSBC BELIEVE3S THAT HIGH LEVEL SOCCER PLAYERS CAN BE INSTRUCTED IN A COST EFFECTIVE, COMMUNITY-BASED ENVIRONMENT.
