PROVIDE HOT MEALS TO ELDERLY & DISABLED CLIENTS IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL. OVER 185 CLIENTS WERE SERVED 42,687 MEALS IN THE YEAR. PROGRAM IS 100% FUNDED BY CONTRIBUTIONS & PAYMENTS FROM CLIENTS ON A SLIDING SCALE.

CAMAS PRAIRIE FOOD BANK INC COLLECTS FOOD AND CASH DONATIONS TO PURCHASE FOOD WHICH IT THEN DISTRIBUTES TO DIRECTLY TO THE LOCAL POPULATION. THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS OPEN 2 DAYS PER WEEK FROM 10AM TO 2PM FOR THOSE IN NEED TO STOP BY AND PICK UP GROCERIES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. LABOR IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON A VOLUNTEER BASIS.
