THE ASSOCIATION HAS WORKED WITH MEMBER COUNCILS OF GOVERNMENTS TO BRING NEW STATE-WIDE PROGRAMS TO IOWA INCLUDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS AND 5-2-1-0 HEALTHY CHOICES COUNT PROGRAM TO 15 DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES.
