IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IOWA FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 16 UNIT ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS MEDIAPOLIS ELDERLY HOUSING (THE ELDERLY HOUSING) LOCATED IN MEDIAPOLIS, IOWA AND AN 8-UNIT FAMILY HOUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS MEDIAPOLIS FAMILY HOUSING (THE FAMILY HOUSING).
