SUPPLEMENTING ATLANTA POLICE DEPT COVERAGE BY HIRING OFF-DUTY OFFICERS TO DAILY PATROL THE NEIGHBORHOOD. EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT SAFETY THROUGH NEWSLETTER, WEBSITE, AND OTHER MEANS.
