TO PROVIDE SAFE PLACES FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE PEACHTREE RIDGE GENERAL AREA TO LEARN AND PARTICIPATE IN ATHLETICS AND AFFILIATED PROGRAMS. BY VIRTUE OF ENCOURAGEMENT, SOLID MENTORING, AND ETHICAL OPERATING OUR PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PUT OUR CHILDREN FIRST, RESULTING IN THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF CHILD, PARENT AND COMMUNITY.

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people to learn and become competitive in baseball or softball. Coaching, access to a baseball field, baseball equipment, uniforms, and managers and umpires for games are generally included.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

CSRA HEAT JR. OLYMPIC VOLLEYBALL IS A MEMBER OF THE USA VOLLEYBALL ORGANIZATION. THE HEAT IS A GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION WHICH PROVIDES VOLLEYBALL TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOP THROUGH TEAM PARTICIPATION AND CLINICS. TEAMS PRACTICE TWICE WEEKLY DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER-MARCH AND PARTICIPATE IN SANCTION EVENTS FOR CLUB VOLLEYBALL TEAMS IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA WITH ADDITIONAL ELITE EVENTS IN GEORGIA, NC, OR FLORIDA. OUR TRAVELING TEAMS (USUALLY 15-17 IN NUMBER WITH ABOUT 10 GIRLS PER TEAM) INCLUDE GIRLS AGES 12-18 IN AGE. DEVELOPMENTAL CLINICS FOR GIRLS 10-18 AGE HELD THROUGH OUT THE YEAR AND REACH ABOUT 100 ADDITIONAL GIRLS. OUR SANCTION SEASON FOR TRAVELING TEAMS RUNS FROM DECEMBER THROUGH MARCH. WE HOST AN EVENT FOR ABOUT 100 OTHER TEAMS FROM SC AND GA IN FEBRUARY OR MARCH OF EACH YEAR. A REGIONAL WRAP-UP EVENT IS HELD IN APRIL. TO PROMOTE THE PLAY OF THE SAVANNAH SHAMROCKS RUGBY CLUB AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR TRAINING SESSIONS AND MATCHES. RUGBY SAVANNAH ALSO GIVES A PORTION OF THEIR PROCEEDS FROM THE ST. PATRICK'S DAY TOURNAMENT TO LOCAL CHARITIES IN THE COMMUNITY.

THE PROMOTION OF YOUTH AND AMATEUR WRESTLING THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND NATIONWIDE. THIS MISSION IS DONE BY SENDING WRESTLERS TO VARIOUS WRESTLING MEETS AND TOURNAMENTS WITHIN THE STATE AND NATIONALLY, MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TO LOCAL SCHOOLS TO PROMOTE WRESTLING, HOLDING A YEAR END BANQUET TO HONOR VARIOUS COACHES AND WRESTLERS AND THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS, ADVERTISING TO PROMOTE YOUTH AND AMATEUR WRESTLING, AND PROVIDING A NEWSLETTER TO HIGHLIGHT VARIOUS WRESTLING MEETS AND THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF GEORGIA WRESTLERS.

SAINT ANDREW ROWING CLUB IS AN INDEPENDENT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WHICH PROMOTES THE VALUES OF COMMITMENT, HARD WORK, DEDICATION, SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK AND SELF DEVELOPMENT BY TEACHING THE SPORT OF ROWING TO YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN OF MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL AGE.
