WE WILL GIVE EACH ATHLETE A SAFE A POSITIVE PLACE FOR THEM TO LEARN ON THEIR OWN ABOUT DEALING WITH DEFEAT, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, LEADERSHIP, AND BECOMING A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
