THE LEAGUE PROVIDES UMPIRES FOR ALL GAMES (OVER 1000 PER SEASON), MANAGES PLAYOFF & ALLSTAR GAMES, OTHER LEAGUE ACTIVITIES, & ANNUALLY PROVIDES 12 EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO QUALIFIED RECIPIENTS.
