MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE TO TEACH ATHLETES THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE SPORT OF THEIR CHOICE. THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE SPORTS TO YOUTH AND ADULTS AGES THREE AND OLDER. NO LIMITS WILL SEEK TO DEVELOP EACH PLAYERS FAITH, PHYSICAL FITNESS, LEADERSHIP, COLLEGE RECRUITMENT, FINANCIAL TRAINING, COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND ACADEMICS.

MISSION AMERICAN YOUTH FOOTBALL, INC. ESTABLISHED IN 1996, IS A SUPPORT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO GIVING BACK TO COMMUNITIES BY PROMOTING THE WHOLESOME DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH THROUGH THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH EXEMPLARY ADULT LEADERS IN THE SPORT OF AMERICAN FOOTBALL AND CHEER. GUIDELINES ARE ESTABLISHED TO ENSURE THAT PLAYERS PLAY IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF LEARNING WITH COMPETITIVE BALANCE BETWEEN TEAMS. GOALS -DEDICATED TO TEACHING YOUTH THROUGH POSITIVE ROLE MODELS. -EMPHASIS ON LEARNING, PLAYING, AND ENJOYING THE SPORT WHILE INSTILLING HIGH MORAL STANDARDS BY STRESSING THE IMPORTANCE OF ACADEMIC ACHEIVEMENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. -HELPING KIDS BECOME LEADERS AND TEAMATES. -FOSTERING CONFIDENCE AND A SENSE OF SELF-WORTH, IN PLAYERS THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE GRIDIRON AND INTO THE SCHOOL, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. -TO PREPARE YOUNGSTERS TO FACE THE FUTURE WITH SPORTSMANSHIP, TEAMWORK, HONESTY, RESPONSIBLITY, SELF DISCIPLINE, POSITIVE ASPIRATIONS, ACADEMIC PREPAREDNESS AND CONFIDENCE. THE JUNIOR EVERBLADES HOCKEY ASSOCIATION WAS FOUNDED IN 1998 WITH ITS HOME RINK AT GERMAIN ARENA IN ESTERO FLORIDA. WE ARE DEDICATED TO EDUCATING AND ENCOURAGING YOUTH TO DEVELOP CHARACTER, SPORTSMANSHIP AND PHYSICAL FITNESS WHILE PROMOTING AND IMPROVING THE STANDARD OF AMATEUR HOCKEY INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE YOUTH TEAMS. ALTHOUGH WINNING IS A DESIRED OUTCOME OF THIS PROGRAM,POSITIVE TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT, AS WELL AS INSTRUCTION OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP TO THE PARTICIPATING YOUTH, WILL NOT BE SACRIFICED TO THE GOAL OF WINNING. THE BEST INTEREST OF THE YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE PROGRAM WILL BE THE CONTROLLING FACTORS ON ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE JUNIOR EVERBLADES ASSOCIATION. FURTHERMORE, THE ORGANIZATION WILL ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION OF PARENTS AND PLAYERS THROUGH POSITIVE SUPPORT AND ADHERENCE TO THE ORGANIZATIONS RULES AND GUIDELINES.
