HARTFORD NORTHEND LITTLE LEAGUE WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1989 AT WAVERLY FEILD. THE LEAGUE WAS ORGANIZED TO NURTURE AND DEVELOP THE ATHLETIC LIFE SKILLS OF HARTFORD YOUTH, AND TO PREPARE THEM FOR HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL PROGRAMS.
