TO DEVELOP BILINGUAL, BI-LITERATE LEARNERS THROUGH FRENCH LANGUAGE- IMMERSION CURRICULUM MEETING THE HIGHEST EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS OF THE UNITED STATES AND FRANCE AND DELIVERED IN A HIGHLY DIVERSE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES CRITICAL THINKING, CREATIVITY, AND EMPATHY.
