The goal of this organization is to sponsor, organize and promote fairs and festivals. Includes collectible/antique fairs, county and state fairs, street fairs, festivals, parades, and other similar activities during religious and patriotic holidays and other special occasions.

THE EAGLE ROCK COMMUNITY CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, DBA CENTER FOR THE ARTS EAGLE ROCK (CFAER) PROVIDES FREE AFTER SCHOOL ARTS ENRICHMENT TO AT-RISK ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN 18 TITLE 1 SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT NORTHEAST LOS ANGELES. AT ITS HISTORIC FORMER CARNEGIE LIBRARY BUILDING, CFAER ALSO OFFERS FREE AND LOW-COST CONCERTS, READINGS, ARTS WORKSHOPS, SCREENINGS AND ART EXHIBITIONS TO THE CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS FROM THE COMMUNITIES OF NORTHEAST LOS ANGELES AND BEYOND.
