MISSION:

MISSION PALMS RETIREMENT HOUSING, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT STATUTES OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 50 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS MISSION PALMS LOCATED IN MISSION, TEXAS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE CORPORATION RECEIVES HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON JULY 8, 2015, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REFINANCED UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE AND PRESERVE FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE COMMUNITY, CIVIC BETTERMENTS AND SOCIAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR AN ARCHITECTURALLY BEAUTIFUL APPEARANCE AND COMMUNITY ORIENTED AMENITIES.

MISSION:

SHELTER PROVIDERS OF SACRAMENTO DBA HOMEAID SACRAMENTO'S MISSION IS TO BUILD NEW LIVES FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS THROUGH HOUSING AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide home purchase or construction loans; finance new living accommodations; or pay current housing and/or utility bills for people who cannot afford to make the payments themselves and who qualify for this service on the basis of need or income.

TO PROVIDE MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO ELIGIBLE RETIRED FACULTY TO OFFSET MEDICAL COSTS

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.

THE PURPOSE OF LIME HOUSE SENIOR HOUSING INC. IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY RENTAL HOUSING, AFFORDABLE TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME AND ELDERLY PERSONS.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

TO PROVIDE LOW-COST RENTAL HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY, INCLUDING RELATED FACILITIES AND SERVICES, WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE AGED AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS IN LONGER LIVING.

TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING AND RELATED FACILITIES TO ELDERLY FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES, AS NEEDED, SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE ELEDERLY AND THAT CONTRIBUTES TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY AND HAPPINESS.THE PROJECT RECEIVES A SUBSTANTIAL PORTION OF THEIR RENTAL REVENUE FROM HUD UNDER SECTION 202 AND PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC).
