BITWISE IMPACT IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS PROGRAMS AIMED AT IMPROVING THE LIVES OF THE LESS FORTUNATE AND/OR INCREASING WORKPLACE DIVERSITY.

PROVIDE COMMUNITY-BASED YOUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PROGRAMS, GENERALLY UNDER CHARTERS GRANTED BY LITTLE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL AND AMATEUR SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS FOR QUALIFYING CSHA STUDENT MEMBERS WHO ARE PURSUING A GRADUATE DEGREE IN THE FIELDS OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, COMMUNICATION SCIENCES AND DISORDERS, COMMUNICATIVE DISORDERS, AND AUDIOLOGY. AS WELL AS HOSTING THE ANNUAL CONVENTION ALSO KNOWN AS CONVERGENCE WHICH PROVIDES CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS FOR SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS AS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY AND AUDIOLOGY AND HEARING AID DISPENSERS BOARD.
