YOUTH AT SPROUTS ARE PAIRED WITH A CHEF MENTOR AND WRAPAROUND PROGRAM TO DEVELOP THE VOCATIONAL SKILLS NEEDED TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN A CULINARY JOB. GRADUATES USE THESE ENTRY-LEVEL JOBS TO KICKSTART CULINARY CAREERS, PAY FOR EDUCATION, OR PURSUE NEW INDUSTRIES.
