THIS COORDINATOR IS A VALUABLE RESOURCE PERSON WHO ASSISTED RESIDENTS WITH SUCH SERVICES AS: ASSESSMENTS, CASE MANAGEMENT, BENEFITS/ENTITLEMENTS/INSURANCE, HEALTH CARE SERVICES, FAMILY SUPPORT, MEALS, TRANSLATION/INTERPRETATION AND TRANSPORTATION.
