THE BAYSIDE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED FOR THE ORGANIZED SOLICITATION OF FUNDS, ALL OF WHICH ARE TO BE USED FOR THE BETTERMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF BAYSIDE ACADEMY, INC. BAYSIDE ACADEMY IS AN INDEPENDENT COLLEGE PREPARATORY SCHOOL THAT SERVES THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE BALDWIN AND MOBILE COUNTIES IN ALABAMA.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support.
