TO INSURE MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF BIRMINGHAM, JEFFERSON AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES BY EMPLOYING ALL OF THE RESOURCES IN THE AREA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RESOURCES AVAILABLE FROM PRIVATE CHARITABLE SOURCES AND FROM LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHY COMMUNITIES AND LIFESTYLES, THEREBY, PREVENTING VIOLENCE AND OTHER AT-RISK BEHAVIORS THAT LEAD TO UNEMPLOYMENT, DISEASE, INCARCERATION AND RE-INCARCERATION, PREMATURE DEATH AND GENERATIONAL CYCLES OF POVERTY AND ECONOMIC EXCLUSION.

FACILITATING THE ADOPTION, DEVELOPMENT, AND SUPPORT OF TOOLS FOR ITS INTERESTED MEMBERS AND PARTICIPANTS TO HELP IMPROVE AND PROMOTE THE RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE NORTH AMERICAN BULK POWER SYSTEM.

BRONZE VALLEY'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMIC GROWTH THAT BENEFITS ITS TARGETED GROUP (MINORITY AND FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS) BY PROVIDING VENTURE CAPITAL TO EARLY STAGE COMPANIES, OFFERING DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES INCLUDING ENTREPRENEURIAL MENTORSHIP AND COACHING, AND PROMOTING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY THROUGH CONFERENCES AND SPONSORED EVENTS IN THE AREA IT SERVES (PRIMARILY THE SOUTHEAST).
