IN 2021, WERC AT EMPOWERED PATHWAYS OFFERED JOB TRAINING PROGRAMS WHICH INCLUDED COMPUTER TRAINING, JOB INTERVIEW SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, SOFT SKILLS IN THE WORKPLACE AND NEW DEVELOPED TRAININGS ON VIRTUAL PLATFORMS. WERC SERVICES ARE SELF DIRECTED AND ARE TAILORED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL'S UNIQUE NEEDS, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THEIR EDUCATION, JOB HISTORY, TRAINING NEEDS, BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT AND THE GOALS THEY CREATE. WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF STAFF, EACH WERC CLIENT DESIGNS AN EMPLOYMENT PLAN. TOGETHER THEY ASSESS TRAINING NEEDS AND DEVELOP A JOB SEARCH STRATEGY. IN ADDITION, OUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES CONTINUES TO BE AN EFFECTIVE PROCESS FOR RESOLVING FAMILY AND COMMUNITY CONFLICTS. OUR YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAM PROVIDES INTERVENTION FOR JUVENILE OFFENDERS AND YOUTH STRUGGLING WITH INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS.
