YOUTH WHO DO NOT DEVELOP A HIGH LEVEL OF THE FIVE C'S WOULD BE AT A HIGHER RISK FOR A DEVELOPMENTAL PATH THAT INCLUDED PERSONAL, SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS AND RISKS (LERNER 2004).
