MISSION:

AMEND PARK IS A CITY OF BILLINGS OWNED PARK MANAGED BY AMEND PARK DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL AMEND PARK PROVIDES OPEN FIELD PLAYING SPACE AND CONCESSIONS FOR YOUTH AND ADULT SOCCER; YOUTH LACROSSE, COMMUNITY PARK RECREATION; PICNIC AREAS, CROSS COUNTRY MEETS AND COMMUNITY RECREATION.

FOR OUR CAPE ISLAND COMMUNITIES WHOSE MISSION IS BEAUTIFICATION, PRESERVATION AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ENCOURAGING ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP IN OUR YOUTH.

FRIENDS OF HANK AARON STATE TRAIL IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SUSTAINING, PROMOTING, AND ENHANCING THE HANK AARON STATE TRAIL, CREATING A LASTING LEGACY FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED AND ACCEPTED THE BURDEN OF BEING CUSTODIAN OF THE ALTAMAHA PARK FROM THE GLYNN COUNTY COMMISSION. THE PARK IS THE ONLY PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE ALTAMAHA RIVER IN GLYNN COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES ACTIVITES FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SAFETY, CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION OF FISH AND WILDLIFE AS IT RELATES TO THE ALTAMAHA PARK.

FRIENDS OF BIRCH STATE PARK, INC. IS A CITIZEN SUPPORT ORGANIZATION (CSO) FORMED TO HELP PRESERVE, CONSERVE, ENHANCE, AND PROMOTE HUGH TAYLOR BIRCH STATE PARK THROUGH COMMUNITY SUPPORT.

PROVIDE GUIDANCE, INSPIRATION AND MATCHING FUNDS FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF AN OVERARCHING MASTER PLAN FOR RESTORATION OF THE 100 YEAR OLD DENVER MOUNTAIN PARKS SYSTEM. ALSO, EDUCATE AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORIC MOUNTAIN PARKS.

A GROUP OF COMMUNITY MEMBERS, INCLUDING ELI'S FAMILY, ARE RAISING FUNDS AND AWARENESS FOR CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM IN ELI HART'S NAME. AS A COMMUNITY, WE WANT TO BUILD A PERMANENT MEMORIAL FOR ELI HART IN MOUND FOR HIS FAMILY AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO REMEMBER ELI AND RAISE AWARENESS FOR CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.

CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT AND ON GOING MAINTENANCE OF PLAYING FIELDS AND CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES FOR LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL AND YOUTH ACTIVITY TEAMS INCLUDING SOCCER, SOFTBALL AND BMX RECREATION.
