THE MISSION OF THE GULL LAKE DAM ASSOCIATION IS TO OWN AND OPERATE A DAM ON GULL LAKE TO HELP MAINTAIN THE WATER LEVEL IN GULL LAKE (A) SO THAT GULL LAKE CAN BE ENJOYED AND USED BY ALL; (B) SO THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OF GULL LAKE CAN BE MAINTAINED; (C) SO THAT THE AREA AROUND GULL LAKE IS PROTECTED FROM FLOODING; AND (D) TO FACILITATE EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC ENDEAVORS INVOLVING GULL LAKE.

REEF GUARDIANS' MISSION IS REEF PRESERVATION THROUGH RESEARCH, RESTORATION, AND EDUCATION. WE RAISE AWARENESS OF THE VALUE OF THE MARINE ENVIRONMENT, CREATE ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS, FACILITATE RESTORATION, AND EDUCATE TOMORROWS ADVOCATES AND STEWARDS.

USING FUNDS GARNERED THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND HABITAT FOR MIGRATORY AND DOMESTIC WATERFOWL AND WILD GAMES. THESE EFFORTS WILL BE FOCUSED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MARSH AREAS SURROUNDING SANDUSKY BAY IN OTTAWA AND SANDUSKY COUNTIES, OHIO. FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR MAINTAINING HABITAT, PROVIDING NESTING AND RENEWING FOOD SOURCES FOR MIGRATING WATERFOWL AND OTHER NATIVE WILD GAMES.
