BESS THE BOOK BUS IS A MOBILE LITERACY OUTREACH DEDICATED TO NARROWING THE ACADEMIC ACHEIVEMENT GAP. WE INSTILL A LOVE OF READING IN ASSET LIMITED COMMUNITIES BY SUPPLYING HIGH QUALITY BOOKS TO CHILDREN, CAREGIVERS, AND EDUCATORS AND MAKING THE JOY OF BOOK OWNERSHIP A REALITY.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION PROGRAMS THAT WILL STRENGTHEN, REINFORCE AND ENHANCE PROFESSIONALISM IN HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL COACHES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF TEXAS. IN ADDITION, THE FUNDS ARE USED TO ENHANCE THE PERMAMENT INJURY PROGRAM, MEMORIAL BENEFIT PROGRAM AND BENEVOLENCE FUND.

PROVIDE EDUCATION IN WOODWORKING, TEXTILES, METALWORKING, AND OTHER VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND HOBBY CRAFTS, AND PROMOTE THE SAME. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES ARE: STEAM EDUCATION FOR YOUTH, ADULT EDUCATION, OPERATING A MAKERSPACE FOR MEMBERS.
