PURPOSE: Disability Rights Washington partners with WSCAP and the Multi Service Center on a three year grant from the Department of Justice (DOJ) for the Washington State Sexual Assault Response Project. The objective of the project is the education, training, and enhanced services to end violence against and abuse of women with disabilities, Disability Rights Washington is the the designated recipient on the DOJ grant award letter. DRW draws down the funds from the grant award and distributes the funds to the other partners after they submit billing documentation.
