TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER CHRISTIANITY THROUGHOUT THE PACIFIC RIM, HAWAII, AND ELSEWHERE.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
CHURCH GROWTH - THE MINISTRY PROVIDES A SPIRITUAL COVERING FOR CHURCHES AND PROVIDES MINISTERIAL AND ORDINATION LICENSING. THE MINISTRY'S GOAL IS TO HELP STRENGTHEN EXISTING CHURCHES, AND PLANT NEW ONES, BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING FOR CHURCH LEADERS, AND BY PROVIDING RESOURCES FOR CHRISTIAN GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP. CURRENTLY THE MINISTRY SERVICES HAWAII, THE MAINLAND UNITED STATES, AND INTERNATIONAL CHURCHES.
CHURCH FACILITIES. THE MINISTRY PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR MISSION OUTREACH, EVANGELISM, AND SIMILAR RELATED ACTIVITIES.
OTHER PROGRAM. THROUGH CONFERENCES, THE MINISTRY TEACHES CHURCHES WAYS TO INVOLVE EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL CHRISTIAN IN WORKING WITH ONE ANOTHER IN TEAMS. EACH TEAM WORKS TOWARDS A CLEARLY DEFINED GOAL. THIS RESULTS IN EFFECTIVE MINISTRIES THAT INSPIRE AND RE-IGNITE ENTHUSIASM ABOUT WHAT GOD IS DOING AND HELPS EVERY BELIEVER TO FIND HIS OR HER UNIQUE PLACE OF FRUITFUL SERVICE IN THE CHURCH. OTHER PROGRAMS ALSO INCLUDE A LEADERSHIP PRACTICUM, WHICH IS A FIVE-DAY PERSONAL SHADOWING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO EQUIP PASTORS AND HIGH CAPACITY LEADERS TO EXCEL IN LEADERSHIP AROUND THE WORLD. IN ADDITION, THE LEADERSHIP PRACTICUM HELPS CHURCH LEADERS RECOGNIZE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR LIMITS, AND THEIR NEED FOR OTHERS, AS THE DEMANDS OF WORK IN THE MINISTRY DRAMATICALLY INCREASE. CHURCH LEADERS GAIN NEW UNDERSTANDINGS AND RENEWAL OF PASSION FOR THE MINISTRY. OTHER PROGRAMS ALSO INCLUDE BROADCASTING THE GOSPEL THROUGH RADIO AND TELEVISION TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER CHRISTIANITY THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
