WE ARE ENGAGING WITH OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING CLINICAL, MEDICAL AND EDUCATION SERVICES, AND BY PARTNERING WITH LOCAL, REGIONAL AND STATE AGENCIES, AND NON-PROFIT ENTITIES WE ARE ABLE TO CREATE A SYSTEM OF CARE, WHICH IMPROVES THE HEALTH OF ALL INDIVIDUALS IN OUR REGION.
