BE NONPARTISAN, NONSECTARIAN, NON-DISCRIMINATORY WITH REGARD TO MEMBERSHIP LEND SUPPORT TO ISSUES AFFECTING THE AREA SERVED BUT NOT TO CANDIDATES SEEKING PUBLIC OFFICE. CONTINUE ENDEAVORS TO MAKE THE AREA AN OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY IN WHICH TO WORK AND LIVE. IN ADDITION, THE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WILL DISTRIBUTE GRANTS TO UNIVERSITIES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES FROM THE SAN DIEGO FOUNDATION CHARLES AND ARDEL HAMILTON SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
