MOST PARTICIPATING STUDENTS FROM THESE SCHOOLS FALL BELOW ACADEMIC GRADE LEVEL STANDARDS AND ARE FROM FAMILIES WHO ARE UNABLE TO HELP WITH HOMEWORK BECAUSE THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH.
