HOME DELIVERED MEALS - THESE MEALS HELP HOMEBOUND SENIORS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE THEIR OWN FOOD BY PROVIDING HOME DELIVERY OF BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER.
CONGREGATE LUNCH PROGRAMS - LUNCH IS SERVED AT 24 FRIENDLY LOCATIONS FOR ACTIVE SENIORS. THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A MEAL. IT INCLUDES DANCING, GAMES, PHYSICAL FITNESS AND MANY OTHER SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
TEMP MEAL PROGRAM - GREAT PLATES DELIVERED - A PROGRAM THAT (1) PROVIDES MEALS TO ADULTS 65 AND OLDER AND ADULTS 60-64 WHO ARE AT HIGH-RISK, AS DEFINED BY THE CDC AND WHO ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS MEALS WHILE STAYING AT HOME AND ARE INELIGIBLE FOR OTHER NUTRITION PROGRAMS; AND (2) SUPPORTS LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND OTHER FOOD PROVIDER/AGRICULTURAL WORKERS AND TO SUPPORT OWNERS WHO HAVE CLOSED OR ARE STRUGGLING TO REMAIN OPEN DUE TO COVID -19 MITIGATION TACTICS.
