KLAMATH LAND AND CATTLE COMPANY IS A DUCK CLUB. WE HAVE ENTERED INTO A WETLANDS PRESERVATION AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT REQUIRES US TO MAINTAIN A WETLANDS POND FOR MIGRATING BIRDS. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA HAVE PURCHASED EASEMENT.

KLAMATH LAND AND CATTLE COMPANY HAS MAINTAINED AND PROVIDED FOR THE SERVICING OF THE WETLANDS PRESERVATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT REQUIRES US TO MAINTAIN A WETLANDS FOR WATERFOWL. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EASEMENTS HELD BY BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS, WE HAVE DUTIFULLY INVESTED THE PROCEEDS FROM THESE TRANSACTIONS IN A CONSERVATIVE MANNER THAT ALLOWS FOR THE CONTINUATION OF OUR STATED PURPOSE.
