SUPPORT THE STUDENTS AND THE EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE OF FOOTHILL COLLEGE AND DE-ANZA COLLEGE.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND FACULTY SUPPORT: THE FOOTHILL-DE ANZA FOUNDATION IS COMMITTED TO PROMOTING THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF STUDENT SUCCESS. THROUGH CHARITABLE GIFTS AND DONATIONS, THE ORGANIZATION IS ABLE TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THAT ALLOWS THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS TO ADVANCE THEIR POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2021, THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE OVER 500 SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS. ADDITIONALLY, GIFTS TO THE FOUNDATION SUPPORT STUDENT BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS EACH COLLEGE'S FOOD PANTRY AS WELL AS SUPPORT FACULTY IN DEVELOPING NEW CURRICULUM THAT ENCOURAGES CRITICAL THINKING, PROBLEM SOLVING AND A LIFELONG LOVE OF LEARNING IN OUR STUDENTS. THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S SUPPORT, FACULTY ARE ABLE TO FOCUS ON HELPING STUDENTS TO GROW AND TO LEARN VALUABLE SKILLS NEEDED IN THE EVOLVING WORKFORCE NEEDS.


THE FAMILY ENGAGEMENT INSTITUTE'S (FEI) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE COLLEGE-GOING ASPIRATIONS FOR UNDERREPRESENTED STUDENTS AND FAMILIES TO COLLECTIVELY ENSURE THRIVING AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES. AS A CRADLE-TO-CAREER, GRANT FUNDED, STUDENT EQUITY INITIATIVE AT FOOTHILL COLLEGE, FEI HAS BEEN A LEADER IN RESPONDING, DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE, PROGRAMS TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS AND ELEVATE THE VOICE OF OUR UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY SINCE 2010.


THE KRAUSE CENTER FOR INNOVATION - K-12 EDUCATORS COME TO FOOTHILL'S KRAUSE CENTER FOR INNOVATION TO SHARPEN THEIR TEACHING SKILLS AND DISCOVER NEW WAYS TO HARNESS TECHNOLOGY TO CAPTURE THE IMAGINATION OF TODAY'S STUDENTS. THE KRAUSE CENTER PROVIDES INNOVATIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO HELP EDUCATORS TRANSFORM THEIR TEACHING PRACTICE WITH AN EMPHASIS ON TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION.
