MAGAZINE PUBLICATION-MAJOR TOOL IN INFORMING OUR MEMBERS OF THE MANY PROGRAMS AND THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND NEEDS. IT PROVIDES A MEANS TO EXCHANGE IDEAS BENEFICIAL TO ELKS LODGES; TO EXPAND AND PROMOTE THE PROGRAMS OF THE GRAND LODGE OF THE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER OF ELKS TO ADVANCE THE CAUSE OF CHARITY TOWARD ALL MANKIND; TO ENCOURAGE PATRIOTISM AND DEVOTION TO THE PROTECTIVE ORDER OF THE ELKS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
SCHOLARSHIP-AWARDS ARE AVAILABLE TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS OR THEIR RELATED EQUIVALENTS AND RANGE IN THE AMOUNT FROM $200 TO $3,500.
PROVIDE AID TO DISABLED OR NEEDY VETERANS OF THE MILITARY SERVICE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND FORMULATED AND CARRIED OUT PROGRAMS FOR AID AND SERVICE TO MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
